Requirements and Responsibilities of a Camp Courier

Campsite couriers are employed by tour operators offering camping style holidays across Europe.  A campsite courier is very similar as a family rep, however you will also be responsible for Montage (putting up tents) and De-montage (taking down tents) as well as cleaning the guests accommodation.

  • Answering customers complaints and queries
  • Completing paperwork
  • Accommodation health and safety checks
  • Welcome meetings/selling excursions
  • Transferring guests to and from the airport
  • Guiding excursions
  • Montage & De-montage (Putting up and down tents)
  • Cleaning guests accommodation
  • GCSE in both Math’s and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • 6-12 months customer service experience
  • Administration experience
  • Able to work in a team
