Joining the TUI Destination Services Team as a Holiday Rep, we will help you become a destination expert to provide the very best customer service, plus recommend and sell a wide range of products and excursions to our European customers. You will be target driven and genuinely enjoy finding your guests wherever they may be, to build relationships and provide sales through customer service on an individual basis.

What you will be doing
As a Holiday Rep for TUI Destination Services you will be part of our International Destination Team to help create the very best holidays for all of our European customers. You will build confidence to present at Welcome Meetings, and provide ‘traditional’ Rep Service however, our customers and our Rep Service have changed. You will genuinely enjoy using the majority of your time to now go out and find your customers wherever they may be, to build relationships and provide sales through customer service on an individual basis to improve their holiday experience.
You will build up personal destination knowledge, not available from browsing online to help you provide great service for guests and colleagues. There will be technology to work with so you can again provide modern service and sales opportunities, all of which will help you to exceed your sales and service targets. You will respect your international colleagues and customers whilst sharing a great amount of fun, but if things do not go quite right, you will be happy to investigate and resolve questions or complaints straight away. You will enjoy change and challenges such as assisting with occasional emergencies day and night.
You may work in one large hotel or one of our International ‘Concept’ Hotels where your role is mostly hotel based with a very high level of customer interaction. Alternatively, you may be responsible for a number of hotels. In some destinations you will provide service at the airport, but in many of our larger destinations we have a dedicated airport team giving you more time to service customers in your hotels.

- Confident and positive personality with the commitment to achieve sales through service targets
- Willing to go out and find customers, engage and build relationships with varying nationalities
- Strong one-to-one customer communication and presentation skills
- High personal standards, behaviours and a professional attitude
- Able to work alone or in a team with a work ethic that understands customers are on holiday 24/7
- Reasonable mathematical ability, strong verbal & written English – additional European languages advantageous but not essential
